Breakfast: Slim Fast Ultima
Snack: (2) Servings of cheddar cheese and several Club crackers
Lunch/Dinner: McDonald's (2) Fillet o'Fish Sandwiches, Large unsalted fry and a fruit and yogurt parfait.
